Each portrait is prepared individually, with your written approval before printing.

1. Choose your portrait. Select an 8 × 10-inch art print or a framed house portrait in Black or Red Oak.
2. Share a clear photo. Upload a JPG, PNG, or WebP photograph on the product page. Add optional wording and instructions. Use only photos you own or have permission to use.
3. Review your digital proof. We create an AI-assisted, watercolor-inspired digital illustration, check it against your photo, and email the first proof within 3 business days after receipt of a usable photo. It is digitally illustrated artwork, not a hand-painted original. One round of minor revisions is included; a different photo or major redesign requires an agreed scope before extra work.
4. Approve in writing. Reply to the proof email with the proof version, exact wording, and approval to print. Silence is never approval. We check the final file, size, orientation, and selected frame before releasing it.
5. Print and ship. Printful produces the physical item after approval. Shipping and production time are separate from artwork preparation. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Please contact us before ordering for a fixed event date. We send tracking when carrier information is available.
